HOW TO RETURN ONE OR MORE ITEMS?

At Khaila, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If this is not the case, here is how to make a return:

1. Return Request

• You have 4 days after receiving your order to request a return.
• Send an email to Contact @ khaila.co specifying:
  • Your order number.
  • The article concerned.
  • The reason for your return (exchange or refund).

2. Preparation for Return

• Once your request is validated, you will receive instructions by email.
• You will have 7 days to return your order to the address provided.
• Make sure the items are:
  • Not worn.
  • Unwashed.
  • In original packaging with all labels intact.

3. Exchange Request

• If you wish to exchange an item, please specify in your email the desired model, size or color.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Refund Request

• For a refund, please specify your preference (credit or refund).
• Refunds will be made within 7 days after receipt and validation of the return.

5. Return Costs

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.
